Albania Deep Seek Expedition will take place in May 2027. Headline for the program is: Leading with Presence and Purpose – Leaving a Legacy.
This personal leadership development program is building on our experience with development programmes in the Himalayas and will build an unprecedented depth in your personal leadership. The expedition has to main dimensions:
- To increase self-awareness and new ways of motivating yourself and others
- Understanding and applying contemporary approaches to enable organizations to thrive and perform in the 21st century.
The grand nature, unique setting and curated program will be catalysts for the process of developing self-awareness, personal insight and a more complex and integrated mindset.
We will experience Albania by bike, visit unique UNESCO heritage places and explore how context and history impact current state and leadership.
